2. Optional payment was T/T,Pay Later,VISA,Online Bank Payment,Western Union and Money Gram …etc,the best ways is direct online payment. If you want other payment terms please let us know before you place the order.

1.By courier,like DHL,UPS,FEDEX,etc. It is door to door,usually,5-7 days to arrive.
we also agree to send the goods to your shipping agent in China.If you don’t have it,we will choose the cheapest one for you!

2.By air to the air port,usually,3-4 days to arrive.
3.By sea to sea port,usually,15-30 days to arrive.

Q1. Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality.

Q2. Do you have any MOQ limit?
A: Yes, but MOQ varies because of different product type, 1 pc for sample checking is available.

Q3. What about the lead time?
A:XP-PEN Brand Product needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 3-10 days or more according to the order quantity.

Q4.Should the customer pay the delivery fee,How much is it? 
We usually provide FOB price.Therefore, the customer needs to pay the shipping cost. If you have appointed Express,you will give me your express account or you will pay according to the Express. If you do not request,I will choose a cheap one in China.

Q5.How about the after sale service? 
1)We will always keep the quality the same as the buyer’s samples and if there is something with the quality,will make compensation for our customers.
